Today, Lori is the Founder and CEO of Empower Coaching, Consulting, Speaking & Events and PAR+NER Real Estate a female-led real estate company launching in 2026 that redefines growth through collaboration, authenticity, and purpose-driven leadership. Her mission: to help others build businesses and lives that last.
